Reading



Today i found out reading can keep me calm. 
Selalunya bila esok tu oncall, one day before tu dah start anxious, fikir macam2 benda yang tak berlaku lagi. 
Harini ada ternampak di instagram, one of antidote for anxious is reading a book
So harini aku try praktis.
Yep its true!
Maybe bila kita membaca, kita tenggelam dalam dunia lain, fikiran kita pikirkan benda lain.. Which is deviate from the negative thinking tu..
Okayy lepas ni kena praktis selalu!!
